By registering for our training programs, seminars, bootcamps, or purchasing our books and digital courses, you agree to the following terms:

  • All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any program or before the delivery of products.
  • For physical products (e.g., books), delivery will be made within 14 working days in Malaysia.
  • For public programs, substitutions are allowed if you cannot attend, but no refunds will be issued.
  • For corporate training, program delivery will be scheduled according to the agreed date and scope.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Public programs: No cancellations are allowed once payment is made. Substitution of participants is permitted.
  • Corporate training: Cancellation must be communicated at least 14 days in advance; otherwise, fees may be forfeited.
  • Physical product orders: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

4. Refund Policy

  • Unless specifically stated during registration or in promotional terms, all fees are non-refundable.
  • For programs where a refund policy is explicitly offered, the policy will follow the conditions stated in the specific registration form.
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

5. Service Delivery Policy

  • Training programs, seminars, and bootcamps will be delivered on the agreed date, time, and venue (physical or virtual).
  • Digital courses and resources will be delivered electronically within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Physical products such as books will be delivered within 14 working days in Malaysia. For international deliveries, timelines may vary.
  • Leap Leadership Academy Sdn. Bhd. is committed to ensuring services and products are delivered as promised.
